PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
At Higher Vibrations Apothecary, LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality herbal and metaphysical products. To ensure the integrity and safety of our items, we have established the following No Return Policy:
1. Final Sale on Herbal Products: All purchases of herbal supplements, teas, tinctures, oils, and other health-related items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these products due to health and safety regulations.
2. Health and Safety Concerns: Due to the nature of herbal products, which are designed for personal use, we cannot resell items that have left our store. This policy is in place to protect the well-being of all our customers.
3. Damaged or Defective Products: If an item is damaged during shipping or found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order details and photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit.
4. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional charge.
5. Exception for Metaphysical Products: We understand the unique nature of metaphysical items such as crystals, incense, spiritual tools, and other related products. These items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, and returns will be for store credit only.
6. Exclusions: No returns or exchanges will be allowed for reasons of dissatisfaction with the taste, texture, or personal preference of any product. We encourage customers to research or consult with a healthcare provider before making a purchase.

In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
- The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
- All customers must contact www.highervibrationsapothecary.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
- No refund shall be applicable. The Store Credit will be offered expires within 180 days.
- The customer must return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
